Who can order here?

How quickly will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship your order no later than the morning of the next business day. Shipping may be delayed before Jewish holidays. However, we make every effort to ensure that even larger orders and those containing personalized products arrive in time for the holidays.
Larger order for a club/community?
Yes, that's possible! In this case, you can benefit from a generous discount. You can find out more in the menu above under Rabbi Club .
I would like to pre-order a product.
When we produce a series of related items, we sometimes release them in advance, even before they're finished. This could be, for example, a collection of children's books or cards for a party. We do this so you know what we're currently working on. This way, you also know how a product is progressing and that it's worth staying tuned. You can pre-order a product at any time, and we'll regularly send you updates and pictures from our workshop to keep you informed about the production progress.
Product not in stock?
Do you want to order a product that's out of stock? Or would you like to order more than we have in stock? No problem! Go to the desired product, select the green button in the bottom right corner, and simply tell us how many you need so we can start production right away.
Ordering gift boxes WITH other products
We ship gift boxes for Jewish holidays approximately two weeks before the respective holiday. If other products are ordered along with the gift boxes (e.g., postcards, books, candles, etc.), they will be shipped together with the gift boxes. This saves on shipping costs and reduces waste thanks to less packaging. However, if you would like the products shipped earlier than the gift boxes, please place separate orders. Orders without gift boxes are, of course, shipped immediately.
Order collection
Orders can generally be picked up in person at our warehouse. However, for several reasons, we recommend using our shipping service. Due to antisemitic incidents related to attempted pickups, we ask for your understanding that our security system, sometimes out of excessive caution, may mistakenly deny access to legitimate customers, and therefore access to our highly secured facility cannot always be granted.
Since we adhere to the highest security standards and in particular must comprehensively protect the sensitive data of our customers, we are obliged to consistently keep out persons who, for various reasons, wish to gain unauthorized access to our facility.
To avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to place orders via shipping whenever possible. Our B2B partners can, of course, still pick up their orders in person.
Where is my invoice?
The invoice will be sent with the shipment confirmation email. It is attached to the email containing your shipment's tracking link.
