About the recipe

We've all been there: something new and unusual simply has to be put on the festive table. Especially when you serve a delicious meal every Friday, the desire for fresh creations soon arises. This recipe is quick to make and tastes wonderfully fruity and unusual thanks to the combination of goat's cheese and figs. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry

  • 150 g goat's cream cheese

  • 600 g figs

  • 100 g ground almonds

  • 85 g powdered sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 teaspoons of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the goat's cream cheese well with 10 g of powdered sugar, orange zest, thyme and the eggs.

Step 2

Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cream on top, leaving about 1 cm of space at the edge.

Step 3

Cut the figs into slices and arrange them overlapping on the cream cheese. Sprinkle sugar over the figs.

Step 4

Bake the tart for about 30 minutes at 170°C.

Step 5

Mix the remaining icing sugar with lemon juice to make a glaze and spread it on the finished tart with a fork.
